Shipping fee will be computed upon check-out.
For domestic shipping: Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order. Orders will be sent via Grab/Lalamove/JRS Express. Delivery may take 1-7 days depending on destination. Tracking link will be updated by email or sent thru Facebook/Instagram messenger.
For international shipping: Please allow us 3-5 days to process your order. Orders will be sent via Registered Airmail or DHL Express, both have tracking numbers. Delivery may take 2-4 weeks. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available, kindly allow up to 5 business days for tracking to update. We can provide proof of shipping upon request. Please be patient when waiting for your package.
We will gladly provide actual photos of the item/s upon request.
We pack orders properly and carefully to prevent damages but we will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipping company. Please contact your local post office/delivery courier for any issues regarding your package.
