Shipping:

Shipping fee will be computed upon check-out.

For domestic shipping: Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order. Orders will be sent via Grab/Lalamove/JRS Express. Delivery may take 1-7 days depending on destination. Tracking link will be updated by email or sent thru Facebook/Instagram messenger.

For international shipping: Please allow us 3-5 days to process your order. Orders will be sent via Registered Airmail with tracking. Delivery may take 2-4 weeks. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available, kindly allow up to 5 business days for tracking to update. We can provide proof of shipping upon request. Please be patient when waiting for your package.

We will gladly provide actual photos of the item/s upon request.

We pack orders properly and carefully to prevent damages but we will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipping company. Please contact your local post office/delivery courier for any issues regarding your package.

We will not be responsible for any lost shipment by the postal service/delivery courier. Once tracking has updated, we will not issue any refunds on lost items. Please contact your local post office/delivery courier for any issues regarding your package.

Payments:

We offer a range of payment options for your convenience, including credit cards, PayPal, E-wallets, and bank transfers. You will be redirected to the Xendit secure page upon checkout.

You may send a screenshot of the deposit slip to our Facebook or Instagram page as proof of payment for your order. After processing, unpaid orders after 24 hours will be cancelled.

All items are subject to availability. If already paid but item is unavailable or already sold in-store, we will contact you immediately for a refund.
